Domestic Shipping Policy (New Zealand Only)

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We only ship within New Zealand.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Damage, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Funglasses is responsible for products until they safely reach you. If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@funglasses.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will provide a remedy in the form of a repair, replacement, or refund as required under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
