Refund policy

We hope you will love your Funglasses, however, if you're not completely happy with your items, we do have a 30-day return policy. This means we must receive your returned items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return:

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging undamaged. You’ll also need the order number.

  2. To create a return, login to your Funglasses account, locate the order and item you wish to return, and submit the reason for return. If your return is accepted, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item(s) and where to send them. Please note, you will need to track your return to make sure it reaches us, and include your order number on the address label. 

  3. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. A refund will be issued for the product only (shipping cost is excluded). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
